काठमाडौं :- काठमाडौं महानगरपालिकाका प्रमुख बालेन शाहा विरुद्ध सर्वोच्च अदालतमा मुद्दा दायर गरिएको छ । अधिवक्ता दिपकराज जोशीले शाहा विरुद्ध सर्वोच्चमा अवहेलना मुद्दा हालेका छन् । केही समयअघि काठमाडौं महानगरले नर्भिक अस्पतालले भाडामा लिएको सार्वजनिक जग्गामा बनाएको संरचना हटाउन खोजेको थियो । नर्भिकले अदालतमा मुद्दा हालेपछि तत्काल ती संरचना नहटाउन अदालतले आदेश दिएको थियो । बालेन विरुद्धको मुद्दामा आजै न्यायाधीश हरिकृष्ण कार्कीको इजलासमा सुनुवाइ भएको छ। सर्वोच्चको आदेश लगत्तै मेयर बालेनले संविधान संशोधन गरेर नक्सा पास गर्ने अधिकार अदालतलाई दिउँ भन्दै सामाजिक सञ्जालमा स्टाटस लेखेका थिए । यो स्टाटसले अदालतको अवहेलना भएको भनेर जोशीले शाहाविरुद्ध मुद्दा दायर गरेका हुन् । Source from www.nepalipaisa.com
